The Armbar to Triangle

The Arm Bar to Triangle is a foundation transition submission that you should practice over and over. The Triangle is most commonly used from the guard position. The details on the triangle are making sure your legs cross in the back as soon as possible. The leg closest to your opponents head should be on bottom. Squeezing your knees together to close the triangle is a major factor in the success of finishing the triangle.
