The Elevator Drop (Half Guard to Full Guard)
The half guard to full guard is also know as the elevator drop. This will help you recover full guard from the half guard. The detail to this move is to make sure you get your outside foot in from of there knee or thigh to help lift. Sitting up will help you get momentum to rock back and lift. Keep your opponent close to you as you rock back to make their legs lighter. This will help lift their legs up to get you leg out of half guard to full guard.
